Dairy Queen at 17826 Aprile Drive, Lutz, Florida.

I love DQ and when this store opened I was so happy! Well happiness soon turned to disappointment! The drive thru is so slow, and they have horrible customer service! I say this because the drive thru menu is not clear, I ordered a royal New York cheese cake blizzard and when i got to the window they said it was over $6 when the menu for the sizes showed $4.89. The funny thing is even the manager agreed the menu is not very clear and basically instead of saying "hey we will give it to you for the $4.89 this time, he said what do you want to do". So I changed my order to a cone and he got to throw out his big $6 blizzard! I guess, I will be going back to the DQ in Lutz by Livingston &54 where the price is $4.89 and the customer service is much better! If I could give this zero stars I would. Good Luck!
