You could not ask for a nicer place to live!

Reasonable rates, close to everything on the north end of Tampa but far enough removed to provide a quiet and calm environment. The apartments are small but I also preferred "cozy".

The office staff (Marie and Erin) are supportive and hands-on with great customer service and kindness. The maintenance staff (Angel) are super responsive to addressing any and all needs including coming out after hours to fix our A/C with no issues.

The community is very dog-friendly with little yards in the back and a great walking circuit (Only wish there were sidewalks) via the roads and cul-de-sacs.

The only reason we moved was to relocate to South Florida for work but if we had not we would have easily and without question renewed our lease and remained there. Thank you Deer Park team!

I moved into the Villas in January and the unit was not at all how we expected it. We got the renovated unit, however, the painters did a very poor job and many of the renovations seemed very rushed. We also wanted the bigger yard and the yard we received was all dirt and leaves. This being said, Marie and Jordan have been super helpful with every issue we have had! They are super nice and responsive. We had maintenance out immediately to fix a majority of our issues and they even arranged for us to get new sod! It may have been a bit of waiting, but I absolutely love this place and so does my dog!

UPDATE: Our air conditioning broke right when summer hit and maintenance was great! Angel came out almost every day to check and tried everything he possibly could to fix the problem right away! You don't get this amazing staff at other places!
